Can I have a line fished through multiple floors?

Yes. A multiple-floor wall fish falls under our custom work and is an add-on to the standard Cat6 Cable Installation. You can call us at 330-760-2993 to have it added to your work order.

Do you do custom quotes?

How do I contact you if I have a question or a special request?

You can give us a call at 330-760-2993 during our normal business hours. Our normal business hours are Monday - Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

What if I need a cable line longer than 100 feet?

We have a package for cable runs that are from 100 feet to 300 feet. Cat6 cable runs can not exceed 300 feet. If you need a line longer than 300 feet give us a call at 330-760-2993 to discuss additional options.

Do you offer financing?

Yes, we offer financing for all projects between $500 and $25,000. Please call us at 330-760-2993 to receive a loan application.

Is my property inside your installation territory?

We cover Northeastern Ohio. Specifically a one-hour radius around the city of Akron, Ohio at no additional cost. Projects further than a one-hour radius of Akron, Ohio will incur additional travel charges. Please contact us to discuss this at 330-760-2993. We do not do any installation outside the state of Ohio.

What if I have multiple lines running to the same outlet location?

Additional lines ran to the same outlet location are called secondary lines and are an add-on service to the Cat6 installation. These lines are done at a discounted rate and we will add them to your order when we review your project and schedule the installation.

What is Riser cable?

Riser cables, designated as CMR by the NEC, is cabling that meets the fire resistivity standards for installation within a vertical riser or within an area designated specifically as a non-plenum environment.

Any cancellations made 48 hours prior to your service or reschedules made 1 hour prior to your service will be done at no additional cost and will receive a full refund if canceled. Any cancellations made after 48 hours of your service or reschedules made after 1 hour prior to your service will incur a $50 service fee. Any cancellation will receive a full refund minus the applicable $50 service fee.

All labor, installation-related expenses, and special order item sales are final. All other products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the date purchased from the manufacturer.
